3. Client Responsibilities

  • Review your tax return before submission.
  • Maintain records supporting your tax filings.

4. Fees and Payments

Fees for services are disclosed prior to engagement. Payment is due before filing or delivery of completed services. Refunds are subject to our refund policy.

5. SMS Communications

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS messages from us. These may include:

  • Appointment reminders
  • Filing status updates
  • Promotional offers

You may opt out at any time by replying “STOP.” Message and data rates may apply.

6. Intellectual Property

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services rendered.

Why do Tax Preparers charge what they do?

Because the IRS does not play! The Due Diligence Penalty is $635 per failure/mistake with no maximum limit. One slip-up could cost us preparers thousands.

Remember when you see our fees, you are not just paying for your tax preparation. You are paying for accuracy, expertise and peace of mind.

Taxes were due April 15th. If you have not got them in, that does not mean. it is to late. Let us get your taxes in. We can submit taxes until November. Contact us for help!
